Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of browser extensions and services provided by Extension Library ("we," "our," "us"). By installing or using any of our extensions, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide browser extensions for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge under a freemium model. Some features are free; others require a paid subscription ("Pro" or "Team" plans).

2. Accounts

Free features work without an account. Paid features require registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
You must provide accurate information when registering.
One account per individual. Sharing Pro credentials is prohibited; use Team plans for shared access.

3. Free Tier

Free features are provided "as is" with usage limits as described in each extension.
We reserve the right to modify free tier limits with 30 days' notice.
Free tier includes core functionality for personal, non-commercial use.

4. Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually at checkout.
Payments processed by Stripe. You agree to Stripe's terms when purchasing.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
Refunds: 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code beyond what applicable law allows.
Use our extensions to violate any law or third-party rights.
Circumvent usage limits, authentication, or payment systems.
Redistribute, resell, or sublicense our extensions.
Use automated means to abuse free tiers (e.g., creating multiple accounts to bypass limits).

6. Intellectual Property

All extensions, code, designs, and content remain our property. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension(s) for their intended purpose.

7. AI-Powered Features

AI features process text you explicitly submit. Outputs are generated by third-party AI models and may contain errors.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before use.
Do not submit sensitive or confidential information to AI features unless you accept the risk of third-party processing.

8. Data and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your data. By using our extensions, you acknowledge the practices described therein.

9. Disclaimers

Extensions are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services our extensions interact with.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our extensions is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

11. Termination

You may stop using our extensions and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, with notice where practical.
Upon termination, your right to use paid features ends immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice via email or extension notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law (EU consumers retain their right to local courts).
